Welcome to the mobile application and digital services provided by A Strong L.L.C-FZ (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our app, website, content, features, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You should consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program. Use of the app is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues resulting from the use of the Service.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Trials
Some features require payment or a subscription.
By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees.
– Free trials (if offered) will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends
– You may cancel or manage your subscription through your app store or our platform.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided via the Service (including but not limited to workouts, text, videos, images, logos, code, and design) are the exclusive property of A Strong L.L.C-FZ or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
– Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content
– Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or servers
– Reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service

7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. 

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for:
– Any injuries, losses, or damages related to use of the Service
– Third-party content or services
– Interruptions or security issues beyond our control

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the app or website.
Continued use after any modifications means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Any legal disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the UAE.
